Storm!!!

Whoa! So really, guys, it stormed like crazy here last night! I was at work when the first sign of trouble appeared... The safety guy on campus came in and told us to turn the weather channel on the radio and the the big screen. We were also told to go to the basement if things got worse. Then, it started raining like crazy... Then I got a call from Shannon saying Breck was evacuated to Nevin's basement... Then a window blew in... Then Josh called from north campus to tell me a tree just blew over.... Then the lights went out and the sirens came on... (It didn't take convincing to get me in the basement.) Then Josh came to pick up me and Steve in a car... He took us around the outside so we could see the trees down and such. We picked up Alex and Ande on the way and called Shannon over. Josh's dorm still had power, and he has a basement room. So, we all hung out in there for a good while. Craziness. Absolute craziness. The internet just came back up a couple of hours ago... which really... was like the biggest blessing to many many of us. (I know of at least one test canceled. I know projects were delayed, and it basically canceled my last class today (comp sci). ) It was kinda weird that more didn't happen though.
Anyway. Very cool. Fairly scary (as I am scared of broken glass....especially projectile broken glass and all...)
In other news--my mommy and daddy closed on the Tennessee house yesterday. I don't think they could have been more relieved if they won the lottery. Closing on the Ohio house is set for this week. (Therefore I'll be spending my glorious 6-day Thanksgiving break moving, but oh well! I love the new house!)

But wait.... IT'S MIDNIGHT MOVIES NIGHT!!! Woot! Shannon and I have been pumped for the past week! Yessss!
